SUMMARY:Upscaling from Lab to Pilot: A seminar addressing bottlenecks and solutions when industrializing ideas
DESCRIPTION:Scaling up new technology from the lab to industrial process is often a challenging task. Risk can be reduced by introducing a pilot step in process development. In this scientific seminar held in Kristiansand on 22 October 2019\, the 10 partners of the Pilot network Metnet in PROMETIA\, will present relevant cases on up-scaling of technology. \nIn addition\, Chairman of Eramet Ideas\, Laurent Joncourt and Chief Technology Officer of Hydro\, Hans Erik Vatne will share experiences on industrial development and innovation.
