DESCRIPTION:EIT RawMaterials e.V. General Assembly Spring 2020 will take place on 20 May 2020 at 11:00 a.m. CEST.\n\nDue to the current COVID-19 situation\, it has been decided to hold the General Assembly meeting online. Event agenda is available here!\n\n\nRegistration\n\nFor organizational reasons\, registration is absolutely necessary to provide each participant with the credentials for the live stream/voting.\nPlease register HERE (click on the link) by 13th May 2020.\n\n\n\n\nOnline Participation\nEvery registered participant will receive a link to the live stream of the General Assembly. The link works with all common browsers (except for Internet Explorer that is no longer supported). The best experience has been made with Chrome. Please ensure you have the latest version of your browser installed.\n\nVoting\nEvery registered participant with voting rights will receive an individual ID to log in to the voting system that is embedded in the streaming portal prior to the event.\nPlease remember that a power of attorney has to be submitted by e-mail to katja.bochnig@eitrawmaterials.eu beforehand to exercise your voting right (only applicable for core partners\, and delegates of associate and project partners).
