DESCRIPTION:The General Assembly Fall 2020 will take place on 3rd November at 11:00 CET.\n\n\n\nRegistration:\nFor organisational and technical reasons registration is absolutely necessary within the deadline to provide each participant with the individual log in details for the live stream/voting.\nPlease register here (click on the link) by Monday\, 26.10.20 eob.\n\nOnline Participation:\nEvery registered participant will receive the link to the live stream and an individual pin code. The link works with all common browsers (except for Internet Explorer that is no longer supported). Please ensure you have the latest version of your browser installed.\n\nVoting:\n– Every core partner has the right to one vote per partner. If a core partner cannot attend\, the voting right can be exercised by another participating core or associate partner after the online registration and the submission of a power of attorney.\n– Associate partners of each CLC vote through their nominated delegate.\n– Project partners have one voting right in total and vote through their nominated delegate.\n\nThe voting system is embedded in the streaming portal that will appear to every registered participant with voting right after they login.\n\nPlease remember to submit a power of attorney to eitrawmaterials-ev@eitrawmaterials.eu beforehand to exercise your voting right (only applicable for core partners and the delegates of associate and project partners).\nThe power of attorney template can be downloaded here!\n\nFurther details and the agenda will be sent to you in due time.\n\nWe remain at your disposal for any questions and further information.
