DESCRIPTION:We kindly invite you to the EIT RawMaterials General Assembly Fall 2019 on 6 November 2019. \n  \nPlease find below further information about the event. \n  \nVenue and Registration: \nThe event will take place at the Radisson Blu Hotel (Karl-Liebknecht-Str. 3\, 10178 Berlin). \nTo participate in the event\, please register here (please click on the link). \nPlease note that the registration closes on Sunday\, 27 October 2019. Registrations will be accepted and processed on a first-come\, first-serve basis. For organisational reasons we kindly ask you to register not more than max. 2 people from each partner. \na) Schedule: \nThe current schedule is as follows: \nTentatively\, the General Assembly meeting will start on Wednesday\, 6 November at 11:00 CET and will end at 13:30 CET. Lunch will be provided after the conclusion of the Assembly. \nGeneral Assembly agenda can be found here. \nb) Voting: \nTo exercise your voting right at the General Assembly (only applicable for core partners and delegates of associate partners and project partners)\, a power of attorney has to be submitted. Please feel free to use the below template and either send a copy to katja.bochnig@eitrawmaterials.eu or submit a hard copy at the registration desk. Please remember that every core partner has the right to one vote. Associate partners of each CLC vote through their nominated CLC delegate. Project partners have one vote in total and vote through their nominated delegate. If a partner with voting right cannot attend\, its right to vote can be exercised by another participating core or associate partner after the submission of a power of attorney. \nPower-of-Attorney Template \nc) Additional webinars for finance-related questions: \nDue to the tight schedule for the GA we offer two webinars (Q&A session) prior to the event to answer your questions on the e.V. or GmbH finance part based on the provided background material.
