SUMMARY:European Watercampus Business Challenge 2017
DESCRIPTION:On 13-17 March the 8th edition of the European WaterCampus Business Challenge (EWCBC) took place at the WaterCampus from CLC West Partner in the Netherlands\, Wetsus. \nThis week-long event enables start-ups to meet fellow peers to exchange information and experiences\, meet innovative companies and offers them a platform to pitch in front of various investors. The EWCBC programme provides an impetus for innovators to build entrepreneurial capacity and training necessary to strengthen promising raw ideas into successful business solutions. \nDuring this event\, the remaining 3 start-ups – selected from the previous round at the WaterLink event on 26 January – pitched their improved business plans addressing the recovery of minerals and metals from wastewater. After pitching the final selection of the most viable and promising raw materials business cases will receive tailor-made support in the joint Start-up & Booster programme by EIT RawMaterials and WaterCampus Leeuwarden. \nFor more information\, please check the Wetsus webpage.
