DESCRIPTION:EIT RawMaterials invites all the partners to the General Assembly Spring 2019 that will be held in Berlin on Tuesday\, 7 May 2019. \nPlease find below further information:\n1) Venue and Schedule\nThe General Assembly will be held again at the Radisson Blu Hotel\, Karl-Liebknecht-Str. 3\, 10178 Berlin.\nThe current schedule is as follows: Tentatively\, the General Assembly meeting will start on Tuesday\, 7 May 2019 at 11:00 and will end at 15:00. Lunch will be provided at the venue.\n2) Voting\nTo exercise your voting right at the General Assembly\, a power of attorney has to be submitted. Please feel free to use the attached template and either send a copy to katja.bochnig@eitrawmaterials.eu or submit a hard copy at the registration desk.\nPlease remember that every core partner has the right to one vote per partner. Associate partners of each Innovation Hub CLC vote through their nominated CLC delegate. Project partners have one vote in total and vote through their nominated delegate.\nIf a core partner cannot attend\, the voting right can be exercised by another participating core or associated member after the submission of a power of attorney. Please find the template for the power of attorney on the InfoCenter.\n3) Registration\nTo participate in the General Assembly meeting\, please register here (please click on the link). Please note that the registration closes on Tuesday\, 23 April 2019. \nRegistrations will be accepted and processed on a first come\, first serve basis up to a maximum capacity of 300.\nFor organisational reasons we kindly ask you to register not more than 2 people from each core or associate partner and not more than one person from each project partner.\n4) Hotel Booking\n\nIf you want to book a room at the venue (single room 185\,- EUR / breakfast included – exhibition price due to event period)\, please contact the reservation office at reservations.berlin@radissonblu.com or +49 30 238283500 and indicate the booking code „EIT RM“.\nPlease note that only a limited number of rooms is available at first come first serve basis until 6 April 2019.\nWe are looking forward to seeing you in May!
