DESCRIPTION:On 29 June\, EIT RawMaterials and Associazione Mineraria Sarda (AMS – Sardinian Mining Association) are pleased to invite you to the Joint Workshop in Iglesias\, Italy. The event is organised in collaboration with CNR\, ASTER and SCOOL. \nIglesias is located in the Sulcis-Iglesiente area\, in Sardinia region\, known for mining and mineral processing activities\, dating back to ancient times\, now mostly dismissed. The event will open the 5th AMS Symposium “Mining Activities in the Mediterranean Region”\, and will be the occasion to bring together university\, research and industry to discuss how innovation could support exploration and mining in challenging environment.The agenda of the Joint Workshop and the registration form are available here\, together with the complete program of the 5th Symposium and some suggestions for accommodation in Iglesias. \n
