SUMMARY:Educating Professionals for Boosting Personal & Business Values
DESCRIPTION:On 4 December 2017 in Gothenburg\, Sweden\, the workshop on Educating Professionals for Boosting Personal & Business Values will be held. This is an interactive workshop about overcoming the challenges of developing relevant education that appeals to qualified professionals while boosting value for individuals\, organisations and companies. \nThe driver of technology change together with societal expectations on the international Raw Material sector are opportunities for companies to innovate. To realise this innovation potential individuals\, enterprises and higher education institutes need to further develop the talents of the qualified professionals working in their organisations. However\, organisations are finding it a challenge to continually renewing the competences of their professional talent and lately also to even motivate talented personell to stay in a position for more than a few years. \nThe Lifelong Learning (LLL) concept has therefore emerged as a means to meet industry needs as well as educate and reach out to professionals.
