SUMMARY:Cross-KIC EIT RIS Event in Warsaw
DESCRIPTION:The European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) is one of the largest and most impactful initiatives fostering innovations across Europe. Six Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KIC) of the EIT connect partners from leading businesses\, universities and research centres. Their collaboration is essential to create a background for the transformation of the European economy towards more effective in dealing with the environmental and societal challenges of the 21st century. \nWe invite you to meet the representatives of the EIT communities: \n\nEIT Climate-KIC\nEIT Digital\nEIT Food\nEIT Health\nEIT InnoEnergy\nEIT RawMaterials\n\nwho in Warsaw on 8 November will discuss opportunities for local innovation ecosystem actors\, present how to establish relations with the EIT communities\, strengthen the cooperation and become better embedded in the EIT activities. \nFind out how to participate in the portfolio of various activities supporting innovation\, education and business development. Have conversations and face-to-face meetings\, take the chance to network\, visit with us the Copernicus Science Centre exhibitions and discuss how to foster innovations and popularize science and novel solutions. \nThe EIT Regional Innovation Scheme (EIT RIS) is the EIT Community’s outreach scheme\, introduced to share good practices and experience emerging from the EIT Community activities\, to open them up to innovators that are not partners and to provide targeted support to individuals and organisations to take part in and benefit from EIT activities\, services and programmes. \nSylwia Wasilewicz Crozier and Markus Klein will be present on behalf of the EIT RawMaterials Community.
