DESCRIPTION:Date: 30 May – 1 June 2022 \nLocation: Le Louise Hotel in Brussels\, Belgium \nThe LIFEInReGEO project will be presented at the 27th Annual ETRA Conference on Tyre Recycling. The scope of the project is to demonstrate the feasibility of OTR recycling\, to obtain recycled natural rubber partially devulcanised to be used again in the production of treads for retreading of OTRs. \nThe project addresses and offers a response to the following issues: \n\nWaste Reduction\nRecycling of an untreated waste: Off The Road (OTR) Tyres\nEnsure the supply of sustainable raw materials\, in particular\, critical raw materials\nProduction of a raw material able to support the circular design and strengthen Extended Producer Responsibility\nContribution to decreasing the carbon footprint of the tyre industry\n\nVisit the conference website to find out more.
