DESCRIPTION:We kindly invite you to the EIT RawMaterials e.V. General Assembly Fall 2021. The event will take place online from 11:00 to 13:00 CET on Wednesday\, 27 October 2021.\n\nPlease find further information below:\n\nRegistration:\nFor organisational and technical reasons registration is absolutely necessary within the deadline to provide each participant with the individual login details for the live stream/voting.\nPlease register here (click on the link) by Wednesday\, 20 October 2021.\n\nOnline Participation:\nEvery registered participant will receive the link to the live stream and an individual pin code. The link works with all common browsers (except for Internet Explorer that is no longer supported!). Please ensure you have the latest version of your browser installed.\n\nVoting:\n– Every Core Partner has the right to one vote per partner. If a Core Partner cannot attend\, the voting right can be exercised by another participating Core or Associate Partner after the online registration and the submission of a power of attorney.\n– Associate Partners of each CLC vote through their nominated delegate.\n\nThe voting system is embedded in the streaming portal that will appear to every registered participant with voting right after the login.\nWe recommend using a PC to execute the voting as the system does not fully support voting through a tablet or mobile phone.\n\nPlease remember to submit a power of attorney to eitrawmaterials-ev@eitrawmaterials.eu beforehand to exercise your voting right (only applicable for core partners and the delegates of associate and project partners).
