DESCRIPTION:We kindly invite you to the EIT RawMaterials Brokerage Event that will take place in Berlin on 6 and 7 November 2019. \n1) Venue and Registration: \nThe event will take place at the Radisson Blu Hotel (Karl-Liebknecht-Str. 3\, 10178 Berlin). \nTo participate in the event\, please register here (please click on the link). \nPlease note that the registration closes on Sunday 27 October 2019. Registrations will be accepted and processed on a first come\, first serve basis. For organisational reasons\, we kindly ask you to register no more than 2 people from each Core or Associate partner and 1 person from each Project partner. \n2) Hotel Booking: \nIf you want to book a room at the Radisson Blu Hotel (single room 185\,- EUR (06.-07.11.19)\, breakfast included)\, please contact the central reservation office at reservations.berlin@radissonblu.com or +49 30 238283500 and indicate the booking code ‘EIT RM’. Please note that only a limited number of rooms is available on a first come\, first serve basis. \n3) Schedule: \nThe Brokerage Event will start at 14:30 on Wednesday\, 6 November. Lunch will be provided at 13:30\, and buffet dinner will be available after 19:30. On Thursday\, 7 November the Brokerage Event will continue at the Radisson Blu Hotel from 09:00 to ca. 13:00. Lunch will be available  afterwards until 14:30. \nThe Brokerage Event will provide an opportunity to hear about recent changes and achievements and to discuss future strategic and operational matters. The KAVA 7 call will be launched before the Brokerage Event as soon as it is approved by our Executive Board\, so that you have an opportunity to familiarize with its new features prior to the event itself. \nThe EIT RawMaterials Brokerage Event agenda is available here.

For organisational reasons we kindly ask you to register not more than max. 2 people from each partner. \na) Schedule: \nThe current schedule is as follows: \nTentatively\, the General Assembly meeting will start on Wednesday\, 6 November at 11:00 CET and will end at 13:30 CET. Lunch will be provided after the conclusion of the Assembly. \nGeneral Assembly agenda can be found here. \nb) Voting: \nTo exercise your voting right at the General Assembly (only applicable for core partners and delegates of associate partners and project partners)\, a power of attorney has to be submitted. Please feel free to use the below template and either send a copy to katja.bochnig@eitrawmaterials.eu or submit a hard copy at the registration desk. Please remember that every core partner has the right to one vote. Associate partners of each CLC vote through their nominated CLC delegate. Project partners have one vote in total and vote through their nominated delegate.
