DESCRIPTION:On 18-19 October\, the event aims to present international and local experiences of urban and industrial landfill mining and to increase knowledge about landfill mining as a technique to support the circular economy model\, reducing waste disposal impact\, and fostering energy and material recovery. A visit to Clariana de Cardener installation is planned on the 2nd day. \nObjective\nThe objective of this seminar is to present and expand knowledge about landfill mining as a technique to support and encourage the transition towards a circular economy model\, reducing the environmental impact of waste disposal\, and fostering at the same time the material and the energy recovery from waste.
