A surface version of the MDS-P7 system is equipped with a tripod, cable reel and ground station comprising a solar panel and housing for a battery that can be charged by renewable energy, an aggregate or plugging to an electrical outlet (if available). In the Booster project, the MDS-P7 system is taken into underground settings and as solar panels and windmills are naturally out of the question in such conditions, the underground version of the MDS-P7 system is powered by batteries only in this Booster project.
